We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ThermaFlex Pro orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This applies to all ThermaFlex Pro products purchased directly from our website.
You do not need to provide a reason for your return. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, please contact our customer support team by email:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- A brief description of your reason for returning (optional but helpful).
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and components included with the original order must be returned.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund. We will notify you if this applies to your return.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. This is outside of our control and can take 3-5 business days depending on your provider.
We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@thermaflexreflief.fit.
In these cases, you will not be required to pay return postage. We will arrange a free return, and you will receive either a full refund or a replacement product, at your preference.
Your Statutory Rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:
- Return a faulty product within 30 days for a full refund.
- Repair or replacement of a faulty product if the 30-day period has passed.
- A price reduction or final right to reject if repair or replacement is not possible.
